Acadian-Cajun Family Trees Customer problem using

Hi, I recently purchased and received Acadian-Cajun Family Trees. Unfortunately I have Windows XP and received the following message when I tried to download it: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEMS32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The System file is not suitable for running MS DOS and Microsoft Windows Applications. Is there any way that I can run this CD? I am so disappointed.

Contacting customer directly. Looks like this customer has corruption of some crucial files which affect the installation.
